We encourage you as you seek to faithfully fight the battle for your attention, offering strategies to keep your eyes on the eternal.

Ana Ávila is Mexican but lives in Guatemala with her husband Uriel —a pastor and church planter— and their three children.
Ana wrote “Aprovecha bien el tiempo” (Make the Most of Your Time) (2020), “Lo que contemplas te transforma” (What You Behold Transforms You) (2024), and “Vida en devoción” (Life of Devotion) (2026). She is an academic consultant for Blueprint 1543 and served as a writer and editor at Coalición por el Evangelio (Gospel Coalition) —the largest Spanish-language Christian content website— for nearly ten years. She holds a degree in Clinical Biochemistry from Universidad de Sonora and a Diploma in Biblical Studies from Instituto Integridad y Sabiduría. She is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
In early 2023, after several years of trying to “redeem social media for the glory of God,” Ana left Instagram and Twitter in favor of platforms more friendly to the human mind. Ana hopes that, through “With All Your Mind,” more people will join her in laying aside every technological weight that hinders running with patience the race set before every Christian.
